Zambia, Africa

In 2009 and 2010, WHCI partnered with the Tache House Orphanage. Tache House had about eighteen children living there. WHCI raised money with the intention of directly impacting these children. Funds were applied to electricity costs, sugar, oil, and plenty of vegetables.

Emmanuel, this four-year-old boy, is wearing a hand knit green sweater that was knit specifically for him.

Our relationship with Zambia has only grown and deepened through this. WHCI looks forward to future projects!
