STORYTELLING
PERFORMANCE
Family history, photographs, field notes, anecdotes, children's
dreams and fish tales . . . Water Finds a Voice
Water
pleads her case before the gods. Local history is transformed in "Water
Finds a Voice," composed by Susan Scott and performed by award-winning
storyteller Mary-Eileen McClear.
Forty-minute
performance; suitable for high school and adult audiences. Ideal for festivals
and community events between 35 and 200 people.
THE
WATER STORIES PRINTS EXHIBIT
Thirty-four
relief prints created by students and community members under the direction
of Wesley Bates, then printed at his workshop, using handmade Japanese
paper and an antique Washington letterpress.
The
Bruce Grey Resource Centre is home to the prints when they are not touring.
